Job Description

As our Long-term Sub, you will work with children/youth in our alternative school placement from Elementary to High School age who are high risk students. Our instructors and long-term substitutes use a blended curriculum of hands-on projects, restorative circles, and support with an online curriculum.
Perks of this role:
$33,000 - $36,000/year salary
School hours (7am/8am-3pm), 2 schools potentially offer virtual Friday attendance for students
Alternative routes to educational profession for those wanting to earn teaching credentials
Possibility to work summer school program with additional stipend
Reputation for providing supportive training and experience
Stability and growth of working for a national agency
What we are looking for:
One of the following:
Bachelor’s Degree – Most accepted
At least 3 years related experience and/or training (Para Pro exam)- we reimburse for the exam if not already completed
