Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the picking and processing of materials.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet productivity targets.
• Manage drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock control checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Optimize resource and space utilization in the warehouse.
• Uphold high standards of quality control, health, safety, and security.
• Handle key holder responsibilities and maintain strong housekeeping standards.
• Adapt to varying business demands, including working long hours and overtime when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in operating forklift trucks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Clean, full driving license is desirable.
