We're seeking a skilled Senior Executive to oversee our Supplier Helpline and guide the Telecalling Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and supporting suppliers, preferably in the logistics industry.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Leading and developing the Telecalling Team to achieve their best performance
• Guiding the team on handling complex queries related to payments, balances, and other business operations
• Tracking and escalating supplier issues to the relevant departments
• Taking ownership of dispute resolution and ensuring supplier satisfaction
• Fostering smooth communication and resolving issues efficiently
