Logistics Team Leader
Salary 16.70 per hour
Shifts: Rotating - 06:00 - 13:30 / 13:30 - 21:00

The Role
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of car parts within our production facility. You will be responsible for leading
a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothly
• Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materials
• Assist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvements
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control procedures
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
