We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Apex Facility Resources in Kent, WA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory, supervising a team of employees, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a lead warehouse role or distribution center setting and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient completion of tasks assigned to employees, maintaining a positive attitude in all situations, and leading by example.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Safely traveling between multiple locations using a personal vehicle as assigned
Appraising staff effectively through monthly 1:1 meetings
Making timely suggestions for corrective action as necessary, in accordance with company policy, and consulting with the Operations Manager as appropriate
Taking ownership of assignment results and details, following through to completion
Reacting to varying projects and making decisions to solve problems and adapt to changes in the scope of work
Identifying and immediately reporting all quality and safety concerns to Supervisor
Operating all material handling equipment proficiently and safely
Wearing and enforcing proper uniform and safety PPE requirements
Ensuring that safe handling, loading, and securing of assets is adhered to throughout the pickup, in transit, and upon delivery completion
Carrying out assignments with little or no supervision; taking ownership of assignment results and details
Maintaining clear and timely communication with employees, supervisors, and customer points of contact as required
Ensuring daily duties assigned to oneself and employees are completed professionally and efficiently, contributing to on-the-fly decision-making when necessary
Performing any warehouse-related functions that may be required to achieve customer acceptance and satisfaction
A valid WA driver's license or WA state ID and reliable transportation are also required.
