As our Logistics Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting across a multi-functional operation which includes Inventory Management, Reporting, Digital operations, freight forwarding, fixtures and fittings, 3PL management, warehousing, and last mile.

Facilitating and coordinating inbound and stock transfers across the supply chain network to optimize stock levels and availability
Managing, evaluating and preparing reports on our Distribution Centres performance
Providing insights and suggestions to optimize day to day operations to achieve increased process efficiencies and productivity
Investigating customer concerns and operational and quality issues competently and in a timely manner
Creating and enforcing processes which ensure compliance is consistently adhered to
Supporting labour planning and monitoring staffing requirements to ensure productivity, profitability and high services levels to clients
Challenging the status quo and have a continuous improvement mindset
Reviewing KPI’s across the Distribution Centres and last-mile carrier

We would love to hear from you if:

You have 3+ years’ experience within Supply Chain/Retail/Logistics
You have an intermediate to advanced skill level of Excel
You have a high attention to detail
You have demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS system
You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
You have the ability to work both independently and as part of the wider Logistics and Planning Team
You have Dangerous Goods Road Transport and Handling certified preferred but not essential
