Job Role: Logistics Executive- Driver handling (Trucking)
Job description
Joining on immediate basis. Location- Kolkata (Chinar Park)
Key Responsibility Areas:
Be a part of team of 10+ operations team in a variety of roles; achieve high results in fleet monitoring with GPS based tracking system and direct coordination with Operations team and drivers for achieving efficiency in Fleet.
1. Trip Movement- Owned Fleet
Driver Handling: Coordinate with Own Fleet drivers on daily expenses Explain payments to driver. Keep driver records in ERP updated. Keep driver attendance updated timely.
Coordination- Coordinate with Drivers and field team of LCs and other operations team members to resolve any road transit related issues, quality checks, adherence to SOP for fleet, mitigate related delay issues.
Key Skills (Required):
Experience in Working in Logistics ERP (Logics, SAP, Oracle, others)
Good skills in MS Excel (V Look-up, Pivot Table, Charts, Formula building, etc.)
Strong Coordination, interpersonal and analytical skills to handle drivers.
Fluent in Verbal and written communication both English and Hindi.
Fluent with presentation and reports drafting skills and presenting outcomes and analysis to core management.
High aspiration and delivery-oriented work approach is expected.
Key Education:
Graduation/ Diploma (Required)
Work Experience (Required):
2-4 years with experience in Executive Role and Logistics Industry (Must have experience with Road Transportation based Company) with experience in Fleet Tracking and Driver Handling.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
