Key Responsibilities:
Execute packing and quality checks (QC) for kits as per defined SOPs
Generate shipping labels and ensure shipment readiness aligned with fulfillment plans
Update shipment tracking details on internal portals (GoodYos) for complete visibility
Monitor daily shipments, identify exceptions, and coordinate resolution (customs/logistics issues)
Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain accurate inventory records
Support warehouse operations, including stock tracking, organization, and reconciliation
Coordinate with logistics partners and local vendors across multiple countries
Ensure accurate documentation of materials, packaging, and shipment details
Maintain SLA adherence for dispatch timelines and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations (freshers can apply)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Basic understanding of inventory management and shipment processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Good coordination and communication skills across teams
Willingness to work rotational shifts if required
Good to Have:
Experience with warehouse/logistics tools or tracking systems
Exposure to international shipping or vendor coordination
Familiarity with automation or AI tools for operational efficiency
