Your main responsibilities will be:
-Assist Dispatchers with driver coordination, customer service, and pricing tasks.
-Greet and assist walk-in customers.
-Answer phone inquiries and provide information on materials and pricing.
-Enter data for loads, routes, and delivery schedules.
-Review bills of lading and shipping documents.
-Respond to emails from drivers and customers.
