• Supplier evaluation: Research and assess potential suppliers, comparing product quality, prices, and reliability to identify the best options
• Order management: Help manage the procurement process, ensuring timely orders and deliveries of products
• Import and export documents: Support the coordination of logistics, shipping, and delivery of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers
• Data management: Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, shipping details, and product inventory
