Job Description – Inside Sales Executive (IndiaMART Leads) Position: Inside Sales Executive Location: Jaipur Company: AB INFOTECH (Genosub) Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming IndiaMART leads promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines, products, and solutions. Prepare quotations and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders. Maintain complete lead updates in the CRM on a daily basis. Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch. Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high lead conversion rates. Requirements1–3 years of Inside Sales or Tele Sales experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups. Experience in handling IndiaMART or B2B inquiry platforms will be preferred.
