LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Sydney CBD Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM $31/hr casual (permanent option available)
Join Feedwell Sydney's Freshest Corporate Catering Company
We're looking for someone super reliable, organised, and great with people to assist our Logistics Manager. You'll help keep our deliveries running like clockwork by coordinating bags and communicating with our drivers and walkers.
This isn't a heavy lifting or forklift role. It's about time-awareness, communication, and being the calm in the daily delivery storm.
What You'll Be Doing
Use our software to coordinate deliveries and assign bags to drivers
Pull and organise delivery bags from the cool room
Hand off deliveries efficiently to walkers and drivers
Communicate clearly with delivery team and occasionally with customers
Step up and run things when the Logistics Manager is away
What You'll Need
You're reliable. Like always shows up 5 minutes early reliable.
You're organised and time-aware you like things running to schedule.
You communicate clearly in English both with our team and customers.
You're confident using a computer and learning new systems
You're calm under pressure and solve small issues before they become big ones
Bonus: You've worked in customer service, retail, or delivery coordination before
No logistics or warehouse experience required we'll train the right person.
