Job description
Preparation of Export Documentation for different manufacturing facilities
Freight Negotiations with different forwarders & liners for Air & Sea Shipments.
Forwarder finalizations based on freight quotes.
Co-ordination with Customer for getting Purchase Order subsequently and placing orders to Manufacturer as per customer requirements
Planning containers as per manufacturing schedules.
Booking Containers for Shipments from Different Manufacturer.
Booking Airspace & placement of Containers to plants as per production plans.
Preparation of sales register of dispatches.
Preparation and follow up of certificates from Government Departments.
B/L & AWB instructions and approvals to the Liners/Agents.
Follow-up for clearance documents & B/L, AWB from Liners/Agents
Follow up and scrutiny of Certificate of Analysis.
Preparation of Post shipment/ Bank documentation as per Letter of Credit (LC) and scrutiny and as per Customer / Buyer requirements.
Pre-alert shipment documents to Customers before sailing / departure of goods from origin.
Follow-up with forwarders for freight bills and approvals.
Payment Follow-up from Finance Team to make payments for all
Vendors / Forwarders
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Computer & Internet Applications for Logistic systems, Strong Communication skills – English (Written & Oral).
