This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Job Details:
$0.52-$0.54 per mile
Stop pay: $33.00 per stop
Detention pay: $20.00 per Hour - Starts 2 hours after on-time arrival per hour
New hire training period: $ 250.00 per day - Average 2 weeks per day
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
Holiday pay: $200.00 per day
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $100,000
Daily home time
Onsite management
