Supplemental Health Care is a national hiring partner for schools across the United States. We work with districts in more than 24 states to hire thousands of school professionals every year. Currently, we’re in need of a Special Education Teacher to work in a school located in Chicago, Illinois.
Schools, Case Mgr Special Education Teacher Contract Details
• $44.50 - $48 an hour
• Hours: full-time
• Multicategorical/Crosscategorical, intellectual, learning, and/or emotional disability special education certifications may be accepted
Possible Program/caseload Info
• Special education teachers needed in early childhood, elementary, middle, high, and alternative schools throughout the district
• Could be a combination of co-teach and pull-out services
• Could be low incidence/autism self-contained classroom
• Could be a behavior support specialist

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university related area
• Teaching Certification with Schools, Case Mgr Special Education Endorsement
• Special Education Teaching Endorsement must meet position requirements
• Multicategorical/Crosscategorical, intellectual, learning, and/or emotional disability special education certifications may be accepted
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #1311+2 and Los Angeles Municipal Code 18+.00).
