Job Description
Job Title: Loan Sales Profile Executive/Manager
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Aurangabad.
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Sales Profile Executives/Managers in the Mumbai, Pune, and Aurangabad locations. As a Loan Sales Profile Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and selling loan products to meet business targets.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking, referrals, etc.
• Acquire new customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving any issues.
• Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of loan products and lending processes will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
