The IT Senior Analyst will be responsible for working directly with Management/SMEs, Core common file owners, Product Management, and related service departments to ensure internal processes, change controls & functions align to system capabilities and benefits, including third party systems/applications residing within the various loan areas.
Key Accountabilities:
• Systems Analysis and Support: Translate user requests and requirements into specifications for vendors and collaborate with the requestor and affected business units to ensure the accuracy of the vendor proposals.
• Business Analysis and Design: Analyze and create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
Minimum Qualifications:
• H.S. Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, systems support and project management
