We are after an person to assist in an expanding Mortgage Broking business in Goulburn or Bowral. Appropriate training and education to progress your career will be provided.
Typical duties (based on experience) would include:
Business development activities.
Preparing and submitting home loan applications.
Analyse and process financial documents for clients.
Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Manage client files and assist in maintaining workflow for timely processing.
If your work history includes exposure to real estate, bank lending, mortgage broking that would be great.
