Job Description
:
1. Loading & Unloading Operations
o Supervise loading of edible oil, vanaspati ghee, and by-products into tankers, trucks, and containers.
o Ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging as per dispatch plan.
o Monitor sealing of tankers and trucks with proper documentation.
2. Coordination & Documentation
o Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely availability of material.
o Verify loading slips, challans, gate passes, and other dispatch documents.
o Maintain daily loading/unloading records.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance
o Prevent contamination, spillage, and pilferage during handling.
o Monitor cleanliness of tankers, pipelines, and loading area.
4. Manpower Supervision
o Guide and supervise loading workers/helpers.
o Allocate tasks and monitor performance for efficiency.
5. Inventory & Reporting
o Coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock reconciliation.
o Report any shortage, leakage, or abnormality immediately.
o Assist in monthly stock verification and audit requirements.
o Knowledge of edible oil/vanaspati product handling.
o Familiarity with loading systems
o Understanding of safety standards and food industry regulations.
o Leadership and team handling skills.
o Basic computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
