Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll provide hair care and salon services that help residents look and feel their best while creating a positive and enjoyable experience
Provide hair care services including shampooing, styling, cutting, permanents, color rinses, and tints based on resident preferences
Maintain daily service records and submit required documentation to the business office
Ensure the beauty shop remains clean, organized, attractive, and compliant with safety standards
Properly clean, disinfect, and maintain salon equipment and supplies
Safely store chemicals and beauty supplies in designated secured areas
Assist with transporting residents to and from the beauty shop as needed
Communicate with residents and families regarding beauty shop services
Collaborate with staff to support resident satisfaction and overall well-being
Perform additional duties as assigned
