Responsibilities
Host live selling events on Whatnot and TikTok Shop.
Present products with enthusiasm while accurately describing features, condition, and value.
Engage with viewers through live chat, answer questions, and encourage participation.
Build excitement during auctions and live sales.
Maintain a positive, professional, and entertaining on-camera presence.
Learn product knowledge to confidently discuss inventory.
Meet sales and engagement goals.
Follow company policies and platform guidelines.
Assist with preparing products before live shows, including organizing inventory and ensuring accurate listings.
Communicate customer concerns or feedback to management.
Skills
Excellent public relations skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
Strong social media management experience, including familiarity with live streaming tools on Whatnot and TikTok Shop.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
Organised with the ability to multitask effectively during live sessions while managing multiple product listings simultaneously.
Creative thinker capable of developing engaging content that resonates with viewers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach to audience engagement.
