We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse range of litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in areas of civil, construction, commercial, and corporate litigation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, and the candidate must be a member of the Georgia State Bar.

• Maintaining clear and accurate case documentation, correspondence, and client files.
• Participating in business development activities, including networking and client relationship management.
Job Details
• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil, construction, commercial, and corporate litigation.
• Membership in the Georgia State Bar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and team members.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
