Clarity is looking for empathetic and patient Listeners to provide emotional support to users through meaningful conversations.
Role Responsibilities:
Listen to users with empathy and patience
Create a safe, non-judgmental space for conversations
Support users emotionally through voice/chat sessions
Follow platform guidelines and safety protocols
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Who Can Apply:
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Strong empathy and emotional maturity
Ability to listen without judging or forcing advice
This is not a therapy or counselling role. The focus is on emotional support and active listening.
