Role Description The LinkedIn Outbound Specialist is a remote contract role responsible for driving high-quality outreach and engagement on LinkedIn. Day-to-day activities include identifying and segmenting target prospects, sending personalized connection requests and messages, and nurturing conversations that lead to qualified leads and meetings. The specialist will manage LinkedIn inboxes, maintain up-to-date tracking of outreach activities, and adjust messaging based on performance data and client goals. This role also involves collaborating with the internal team on outreach scripts, refining targeting criteria, and delivering concise reports on campaign outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting and outbound messaging skills, including experience with connection requests, follow-up sequences, and lead qualification.
• Marketing and branding awareness to align outreach with client positioning, tone of voice, and overall campaign strategy.
• Copywriting and content skills to craft clear, compelling, and personalized outreach messages and brief LinkedIn posts when needed.
• Familiarity with social media and CRM or outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, basic spreadsheets, or pipeline tracking systems).
• Excellent written communication in English, with attention to detail, professionalism, and clarity in all client-facing messages.
• Comfort working remotely as an independent contractor, with reliable internet access, strong time management, and the ability to meet outreach volume targets.
• Analytical mindset to review campaign metrics, identify trends, and propose adjustments to improve response and conversion rates.
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing on LinkedIn or similar platforms is preferred.
• Collaborative attitude and openness to feedback, with the ability to adapt messaging quickly based on client guidance and performance data.
