At Bow and Stern, we’re passionate about fresh seafood, flavorful dishes, and creating a warm, welcoming dining experience. We believe our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant — and it starts with talented cooks who take pride in every plate they prepare. We're currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced cook or looking to grow your culinary skills, we want to hear from you.
Line Cooks:
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards and recipes
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with plating and presentation of dishes
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Prep Cooks:
Wash, chop, and prep ingredients for daily service
Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
Assist with basic cooking tasks and equipment maintenance
Support the line during peak service hours as needed
