The Meat & Wine Co is seeking experienced and passionate Line Cooks to join the kitchen team - Salad section - up to 38 hours available

About the role:
As a Line Cook on our Salad section, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and precision. Working closely with the wider kitchen team, you’ll help ensure every plate meets our standards for presentation, freshness, and flavour.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar kitchen or line cook role
Experience working pans, larder, salad, or prep sections highly regarded
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and consistency in plating
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for quality food and hospitality
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster
