Lighthouse Keeper – Remote Coastal Location

We are seeking a responsible and self-motivated individual to serve as a Lighthouse Keeper at a remote coastal facility. This unique position involves the care, maintenance, and daily operations of a historic lighthouse, ensuring the light remains operational to assist maritime navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the lighthouse light and associated equipment.

Perform routine maintenance of the lighthouse building and surrounding grounds.

Keep detailed logs of weather conditions and daily activities.

Communicate with coastal authorities in case of emergencies or malfunctions.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Strong sense of independence and self-discipline.

Ability to live and work in isolation for extended periods.

Basic mechanical or electrical skills preferred.

Good physical health for manual tasks and occasional climbing.

Prior experience in maritime or remote facility roles is a plus.

Location: Remote coastal area (may require boat access)

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depends on experience and location)
