Overview
We are a growing full service plumbing company dealing with sewer, water, and gas. This role is a customer facing position. We invest in the sales training of our guys. This is a performance pay position. The ideal candidate holds either a tradesman or journeyman license with similar experience
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized construction equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing projects.
Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks for complex piping systems on construction sites or during remodel and repair projects.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system failures and perform necessary repairs or replacements efficiently.
Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair activities and ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
Experience
Valid license as a Service Plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing environments.
Demonstrated proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings within construction or maintenance settings.
Prior field service experience working on commercial or residential plumbing projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with construction site safety practices, heavy lifting techniques, and remodeling processes.
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, pipe sizing, and system specifications. Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
