Job Description
Equity Technologies Ltd. / Equity Security is hiring licensed Security Guards to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta.
Position: Licensed Security Guard
Responsibilities:
• Protect people, property, and assets.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor access points and enforce site policies.
• Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment.
Minimum Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Security Services Licence (required)
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Black cargo pants required
