Job Overview
We are seeking newly licensed and experienced real estate professionals licensed in Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management in British Columbia to join Retina Realty as independent contractors.
Whether you are launching your career, transitioning to a new brokerage, or looking for a more flexible environment, Retina Realty provides the leadership, operational support, and professional guidance to help you succeed.
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
Responsibilities
Represent clients in the purchase, sale, lease, or rental of residential and commercial properties.
Build long-term client relationships through professional service and trusted advice.
Conduct market research and provide strategic guidance.
Prepare offers, contracts, and transaction documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Negotiate transactions professionally and ethically.
Maintain compliance with the Real Estate Services Act, brokerage policies, and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with brokerage leadership and fellow Realtors.
Continue professional development and remain current with market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Licensed in Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management in British Columbia.
Successfully completed the UBC Sauder Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management Licensing Program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Committed to ethical business practices and continuous professional development.
Comfortable learning and adopting new technology.
Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.
