Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers or renters.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions.
Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, client communications, and transaction documentation.
Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including documentation management.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all dealings.
Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to negotiate contracts successfully while advocating for clients’ best interests.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
Experience in property management is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $+2,324.00-$150,000.00 per year
