We are looking for a strong, dependable, and experienced insurance professional who can take ownership of customer issues, solve them fully, and help build a high-performing service operation alongside leadership.
This is not a role for someone who wants to “get through the day.”This is for someone who wants to own their work, think independently, and operate at a high level.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own customer calls from start to finish — no pass-through mentality
Solve issues fully to eliminate repeat calls
Review and improve every file you touch
Document clearly and protect the agency
Identify coverage gaps and retention opportunities
Support a structured, high-performance service environment
Work directly with leadership to stabilize and elevate the department
