In this pivotal role, you will oversee court appointed receiverships for business and real estate. Your expertise in financial accounting and management effective asset management. Responsibilities
Manage and administer trust accounts in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and compliant.
Oversee cash management activities, including disbursements, deposits, and reconciliations to maintain optimal liquidity and financial stability.
Conduct thorough research on financial documents, market trends, and legal requirements to inform decision-making and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with legal advisors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, correspondence, and compliance documentation for audit readiness.
Stay current with industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices related to trust management to uphold the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Proven experience in accounting or financial services with a strong understanding of trust administration processes.
Demonstrated knowledge of cash management techniques and financial research methods.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping and compliance documentation.
Professional certification as a Licensed Trustee or equivalent is required;
Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, legal professionals, and financial institutions.
