Responsibilities

Current full time and part time openings for:
psychologists and neuropsychologists (PhD, PsyD)
clinical social workers (LCSW-C)
professional counselors (LCPC)
Must hold an active practice license in the state of Maryland or be license eligible. Additional opportunities in our Virginia practice for those with Virginia license. Provide your license information in application materials.
Each of our providers design an optimal caseload size and specific work hours to best suit their individual needs and the needs of the practice. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office and three evenings offering care until 8PM for full time status. Part time opportunities start at 8 hours. We encourage focusing on your clinical specialties and interests when accepting patients into care and our scheduling team spends significant efforts matching for best fit.
We offer opportunities to explore optional specialty programs, including LGBTQ affirming care, First Responders care, Trauma-informed treatment, and Urgent Care services. Our robust EMR system is designed to reduce documentation and administrative burden via built in assessment tools, templated notes, patient portal communications, automatic appointment reminders, and remote access. Focus on clinical care while our trained support team members provide scheduling, insurance verification and billing, referral support, medical records requests, and other general office tasks.
