About the Role
We are seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join our growing team in Brisbane, specializing in insurance law. Your key responsibilities will include handling significant matters related to Public Liability, Product Liability, and Property Damage.
Public Liability: Handle cases involving personal injuries and property damage claims.
Product Liability: Represent clients in product-related lawsuits and settlements.
Property Damage: Work on cases involving property damage claims and disputes.
You will work closely with our experienced team to handle matters in District, Supreme, and High Courts, across proceedings, mediations, and settlements. Our clients include Major Insurers, Claims companies, Large Brokers, Underwriters, and Corporate insureds.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years PAE (applications accepted up to Associate level)
Experience from a reputable specialist, mid-tier, or top-tier firm in any area of defendant insurance
