Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and approachable Leisure Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and create a warm welcome for our members and guests.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting members and guests on arrival, handling phone calls, and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
You will thrive in this role if you have a natural ability to interact with people, use effective sales techniques, and a passion for leisure, fitness, and customer service.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our members have everything they need and make the most of what Village life has to offer. You will achieve this by getting to know our members, understanding their individual needs and wants, and tailoring your service and communication around them.
