Job Title: Leisure Operations Team Leader - Kingswells
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Operations Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure clubs.
As a natural leader, you will have a passion for leisure and fitness, with good knowledge and experience of leisure operations. You will be responsible for motivating and developing your team members to deliver outstanding levels of service and ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be organized, with excellent attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve processes and procedures. You will also be passionate about helping others perform to their maximum potential and will have a keen eye for identifying and developing talent within your team.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and will be committed to delivering results-driven solutions.
