Legal Senior Associate

Lexstone Group is a renowned legal firm based in New Delhi. The group comprises of two firms, Lexstone Chambers (Advocates) and Lexstone Wheaton Law Chambers. Lexstone Chambers specializes in Corporate Laws, Transaction Advisory, Civil Dispute Resolution, Arbitrations, and Civil Litigation, while Lexstone Wheaton Law Chambers focuses on Criminal Litigation White-Collar Investigations.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Legal Senior Associates at Lexstone Group - Corporate Advisory. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling structuring and implementing transactions and drafting of documents, providing legal advisory on foreign exchange laws, real estate development, legal reads of manuscripts, and providing effective communication with clients and their legal teams. This is an on-site role located in Gurgaon.

Qualifications
• At least 7 years of post qualification and relevant experience in corporate drafting, advisory and transactions.
• Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
• Analytical skills to assess complex legal issues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
