This role is with a premier law firm with a longstanding reputation for providing sophisticated legal services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. Founded in 1909, the firm specializes in trusts and estates, corporate law, and litigation with multiple offices across the US.

Job Description
• Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to two attorneys
• Prepare and process legal correspondence, time entries, and documentation
• Manage client communications, including selecting appropriate delivery services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)
• Draft routine estate planning documents such as Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, HIPAA Authorizations, and related materials
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate client meetings and manage attorney schedules and calendars
• Assemble and prepare post-execution client binders
• Serve as a witness or notary for document signings as needed
• Willingness to work overtime as requested

The Successful Applicant
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with Connecticut probate courts and judicial systems, including the e-filing portal and CSC e-recording platform
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and document management systems like iManage; knowledge of Olympus, Aderant, GEMS, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and ChromeRiver is a plus (training available)
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

What's on Offer
• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Eligible for overtime; this is a non-exempt position
