Role - Legal Research Assistant
Educational Qualification :-
1. Bachelor’s Degree in LAW.
2. Law Degree (JD or LLB) – Preferred for more advanced positions, especially in law firms or legal research institutions.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong Research Skills: Proficiency with legal databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law) & must be updated about all the innovative field in law from crypto laws ,gaming laws,forex laws & market regulator related laws.Must be skillful enough to write good articles.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal documents.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in reading and documenting legal information.
• Writing Skills: Drafting memos, reports, and legal summaries clearly and concisely.
• Communication Skills: For presenting findings to attorneys or clients.
Experience
• Internships at law firms, courts, or legal research organizations.
• Legal Assistant or Paralegal Roles to gain hands-on experience.
• Academic Research Projects in law .
