SUMMARY:
Rausch Sturm LLP is looking for an experienced Litigation Specialist, to prepare Audit deliverables related to Legal Operations, as well as manage internal exception reports related to Litigation. The Litigation Specialist I will play an integral role in helping to prevent audit findings, managing exception reporting, and preparing internal and external audit deliverables. The Litigation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all audit deliverables are completed timely and accurately. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to court follow-up, document production, and any other Legal Operations processes or procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Responsible for all External and Internal Audit related deliverables.
Perform monthly audits on Legal Operations staff to ensure Client adherence.
Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure that Client audits do not have “repeat” findings.
Create customized processes documentation regarding the internal processes related to the QC process for Legal Operations.
Work with other departments to ensure controls and reports are correctly calibrated.
Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to court follow-up, document production, and any other Legal Operations processes or procedures.
