Job Title: Legal Specialist Assistant Manager (Legal) / Deputy Manager (Legal)
Location: Delhi NCR
Qualification: LLB or LLM from a very reputed LAW COLLEGE
Company: Well Known Brand in Tours and Travel industry
Experience: upto 5 years (Fresh graduates from law schools are welcome to apply.)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Legal Manager with a strong legal background with a legal qualifications from a very reputed college and have a solid understanding of contracts and litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Prepare, review, and proof reading a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements, etc.
• Managing Legal Documentation: Maintain and organise all legal documents and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Liaising with External Legal Counsel and to ensure that the company is properly represented in any legal dealings.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and work proactively with various departments to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law (L.L.B or L.L.M) from an accredited law school. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and litigation processes.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and drafting contracts. Ability to analyse complex legal documents and identify potential risks and issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the tours and travel industry or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.

This position does not require direct involvement in court cases but focuses on safeguarding the company's legal interests. Fresh graduates from law schools are welcome to apply.
