Legal & Management Assistant
Job Description
Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to colleagues across the organisation as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all HR, legal, and commercially sensitive information.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, systems, and templates within the HR and Legal Services functions.
Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role as may be required from time to time.
Key knowledge, experience and skills required:
Essential:
Previous experience in a legal support/paralegal role
Previous administrative/assistant experience in an office environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Process-oriented with strategic planning skills
Ability to balance and prioritise competing demands effectively
Strong administration skills and proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Hight attention to detail and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
Experience in HR administration or related support role
Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws
Background in housing or related sectors
