Draft and review legal documents, manage compliance records, and support property documentation. This is a full-time role at Balar Builders in Vapi, Gujarat. Responsibilities include: Draft, review, and finalize sale agreements, power of attorney, and property transfer documents, Ensure all property transactions comply with RERA Gujarat regulations and local laws, Manage title verification, due diligence, and land record documentation, Coordinate with government offices for property registration and stamp duty processes, Maintain organized records of all legal documents, agreements, and compliance filings, Liaise with external legal advisors and handle legal correspondence on behalf of the company, Advise internal teams on legal aspects of property transactions and contracts.
