Job Description: Legal Executive (Real Estate & Construction) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary Bracket: ₹20k – ₹35k per month (₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA) Experience Required: Fresher – 2 Years Role Objective We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is an entry-to-junior level role perfect for a recent law graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience who wants to specialize in real estate law and corporate compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our property dealings, contracts, and company operations are legally sound and fully compliant with local Rajasthan laws and RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents including Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Sale Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on internships/post-qualification experience).
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
