Job Title: Legal Executive (Non-Litigation)

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per month

Qualifications (any 1):
• LLB
• LLM

Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify, anticipate, and mitigate legal risks in documentation and business operations.
• Ensure all legal documents are compliant with current laws and regulations.
• Demonstrating excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
• Drafting legal notices, replies, complaints, etc.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and their impact on the company.
• Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

Requirements:
• Well-versed with MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel).
• Good reasoning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent drafting skills, with the ability to write concisely, clearly, and logically.
• Highly motivated and confident with a strong personality.
• 4+ years of experience in a legal background.
• Experience in drafting agreements, notices, and replies.
• Capable of handling non-litigation matters and coordinating with clients.
• Preferably Female Candidate.
