Job Description (Role Responsibilities)
- Day to day Company secretary job of the company.
- Making minutes of board of directors meeting.
- Registration of companies as per company Act.
- Statutory compliances as per companies Act.
- To BOD in Conducting and organizing AGM's.
- Preparation of board resolutions.
- Assisting in all periodic and ad-hoc regulatory filings are submitted correctly and in time.
- Updating of Statutory registers and records
- Any other work related to secretarial matters as may be assigned.

Skills and Competencies

Should be well versed with company's law, compliances, Certification, filing of various forms under the companies Act, and Multi State Cooperative Society Act and others.

PG: CS in Any Specialization
