Job Description
Understand the nature of deal with client, prepare agreement draft and present the same for approval by internal authorities
Track and proceed for different phases of documentation schedule
Manage notarization and legal registration process with appropriate govt. authorities
Keep updates on acts pertaining to Stamp Duty and peripheral provisions of the same
Coordinate with clients and advocates as and when required
Collate various documents required for project approval by banks and for necessary registration
Appropriate upkeeping of the physical and digital records
A graduate/ post graduate male candidate in the age group of 25-30 years.
