Legal Director

Job description
Work Location: Hong Kong / USA

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of the company's legal affairs, including contract review, compliance review, intellectual property management, etc.
• Participate in the legal demonstration of the company's major decisions and provide professional legal opinions.
• Handle internal and external legal disputes of the company and safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests.
• Establish and improve the company's legal risk prevention and control system to prevent and control legal risks.
• Organize legal knowledge training to enhance the legal awareness of company employees.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in law-related majors, with a lawyer's qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate, and a U.S. legal qualification certificate. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language.
• Have more than 8 years of legal work experience in large enterprises, including at least 3 years of experience as a legal director or equivalent position.
• Familiar with U.S., international and national laws, regulations and policies, proficient in contract law, company law and other related legal fields, and familiar with international trade laws and regulations.
• Possess strong legal analysis ability, judgment ability and negotiation skills.
• Have good team spirit and communication skills, and be able to work under greater pressure.
