The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and oversight to the legal department across the entire state. This involves handling all legal cases within its jurisdiction and safeguarding the company's legal interests.
This position requires experience in dealing with and liaising with law enforcement authorities, as well as closely interacting with the recovery team to support collection efforts.
A key aspect of this role involves creating and providing various legal tools to support collections, executing legal instruments, and participating in joint customer visits for critical cases.
The individual in this position will be responsible for reviewing and responding to legal notices served upon the company, collecting relevant information from stakeholders, and engaging with internal stakeholders and legal counsels to handle litigations.
Additionally, this role will involve conducting alternative dispute resolution processes such as Lok Adalat and conciliation camps.
Responsibilities:
